Volunteering @Habari - a highly customizable, automated cover system that protects cash crops from climate change induced night frost. The design is based on biomimetic mechanisms, drawing inspiration from the giant groundsel and the pulvini of plants. Habari can be made from locally sourced sustainable materials, agricultural fiber or waste, thus converting waste into "food".
